What is Northwest Missouri Enterprise Facilitation:
NWMEF is a not-for-profit organization providing free and confidential business coaching services in the NW Missouri counties of Andrew, Atchison, Gentry, Holt, Nodaway and Worth.  Our mission is to help people transform their dreams into successful businesses. NWMEF is interested in seeing our communities grow and be healthy places for future generations to work and live.  Our objective is to sustain the viability of the six-county Northwest Missouri region.

How it works:
Anyone who has questions about starting a business or tweaking an existing business may contact our trained facilitator for assistance.

The facilitator starts the coaching process by reviewing the client’s current products, marketing efforts and financial plans.  When the client’s needs are clearly defined, the facilitator gathers ideas, suggestions, and references from the NWMEF Board Members.  The Board, a group of community and business volunteers from our six-county region, is a resource that provides valuable expertise and insight about the specific areas of business concern the client may have.  Annette and the Board are trained by the Sirolli Institute and are legally bound to confidentiality.

When clients are ready and choose to do so, the facilitator connects them to other expertise and resources in our region: the local SBTDC's, chambers, and other economic development providers. This interconnection of service providers ensures that clients will have every possible benefit to lead them to success.
