Eastowne Business Park is a new, state-of-the-art, planned business community designed to serve the needs of light manufacturers, distributors, high-tech operations and other companies requiring attractive, efficient and cost competitive square footage. Eastowne offers shovel-ready sites in wide variety of sizes. The St. Joseph Regional Port Authority has sites available in the Stockyards Industrial Park, where heavy national and international companies thrive. Together there are over 250 acres of available sites, all offering excellent transportation access and networks. 

 

All of these sites are located in the St. Joseph Enhanced Enterprise Zone, which can save you thousands of dollars each year. One third of St. Joseph (45.4 square miles) is a designated Missouri Enterprise Zone. By offering business and industry real property tax abatement on real property improvements, substantial economic benefits are realized on qualified projects locating and/or expanding within the zone. In addition, eligible projects involving new job creation that are locating or expanding in the zone may be eligible for Missouri incentive programs as well. To qualify, the project must create at least two new eligible jobs and involve at least $100,000 in new capital investment ($1,000,000 in new capital investment on replacement facilities.)
